Paired with a Perfect Manhattan Second Course: Fried Jumbo Shrimp with a Citrus Butter. Paired with a Whiskey Sour Third Course: Pulled Pork Waffle Slider with a Bourbon Pomegranate Glaze. Paired with a Pomegranate Bourbon Smash Fourth Course: Vanilla Balsamic glazed Lamb Lollipops with whipped Cauliflower.
