Continental Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Detroit, MI for a 42 unit single building apartment community. Candidate should be experienced in the following areas: Complete resident service requests with good customer service including electrical, plumbing, light carpentry. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents. Janitorial and grounds care of the building and property Perform on call duties for on call emergencies rotation with other maintenance Inventory management Perform preventative maintenance on the interior and exterior of the property Qualifications and Skills Previous skill set experience is required and apartment industry experience is strongly desired. Wages will be based on candidates experience and skill level to the position. Candidate is required to complete maintenance assessment test and criminal background check prior to hiring.
