Track Physicals * Bring Physical Form and a Covid Daily Symptoms form all filled out and stapled together. No extra forms or pens will be available. Temperature checks will be conducted at check in. * $25.00 - Cash or Checks payable to RPT. * All athletes need to wear a mask * Athletes MUST sign up for a time slot.
