I'm a homeowner renovating my home. I'm doing a very simple replacement of the furnace/blower and AC Condenser in my town house. Lines are certified good, but need to be flushed. No duct work is needed except as might be necessary to adapt new furnace blower to the existing duct and air intake system. I'm looking for a licensed and trained HVAC installer to do the replacement for me. I will purchase the equipment and any materials needed. I'm looking for someone who is a licensed professional interested in doing a quick side job and making extra money. All estimates I've received so far indicate this is a single day install for a trained installer and one assistant. Please contact me to inquire about likely AC unit brand and model.
