Suspects fled before officers arrived on scene 02/16/202109:16 INCIDENT 21001022-1 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30 FRANKLIN STREET A resident of Cambridge states an unknown person stole the catalytic converter from her vehicle while it was parked near her residence. The theft occurred sometime between 2/16/2021 12:00AM and 8:30AM. 02/16/202109:58 INCIDENT 21001024-1 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30 FAWCETT STREET A resident of Wilmington states he is currently working a rehabilitation project for an apartment building that is located on Fawcett Street in Cambridge. The reporting person states that tools were stolen from a locked area in which he usually keeps his tools. An unknown person(s) gained entry into that locked room and stole a large amount of his tools from that room. The RP states the theft occurred sometime between 2/12/2021 3:00PM and 2/16/2021 9:00AM. The theft occurred sometime between 2/14/2021 3:00PM and 2/16/2021 11:30AM. 02/16/202111:56 INCIDENT 21001026-1 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30 MARNEY STREET A Norfolk Street resident reported the theft of a catalytic converter from his parked and unattended motor vehicle sometime in the last week while it was on Marney Street. 02/16/202112:36 INCIDENT 21001031-1 LARCENY UNDER $1200 C266 S30(1) CAMBRIDGE STREET A resident of Boston states on 12/30/2020 an unknown person gained access to his debit card and withdrew $400.000 from his account. The reporting person states he resided in Cambridge at the time of the unauthorized withdrawal. 02/16/202112:51 INCIDENT 21001035-1 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE C90 S24 BERKSHIRE STREET A resident of Cambridge states his vehicle was involved in a hit and run while it was parked on Berkshire Street The reporting person states the crash occurred sometime between 2/15/2021 12:00PM and 2/16/2021 2:00PM. The theft occurred sometime between 2/15/2021, 3:00PM and 2/16/2021, 12:45PM. 02/16/202113:36 INCIDENT 21001033-1 LARCENY OVER $1200 BY FALSE PRETENSE C266 S34 HILLIARD STREET A Cambridge resident reports being contacted by both Email and Telephone by a suspect claiming to work for the Publishers Clearing House requesting money to initiate a Sweepstakes winning process. He had received a call this afternoon from a suspect inquiring about a check he had supposedly written that did not clear. The victim stated the suspect knew his former address, his email and the last four digits of his SSN. 02/16/202116:46 INCIDENT 21001045-1 LARCENY FROM BUILDING C266 S20 ERIE STREET A resident of Cambridge reported that items were stolen from her deceased sister's apartment. 02/16/202116:51 INCIDENT 21001044-1 ROBBERY, UNARMED C265 S19 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Cambridge Police responded to the Central Square area for the report of a robbery.
