The final dinner in our pop-up dinner series is a celebrations of all thing Irish! Kick off your St. Patrick's Day celebrations with us. Lake Geneva Country Meats is excited to be presenting a series of three pop-up dinners to bring new dining experiences to downtown Lake Geneva in a unique and socially distanced setting while supporting our community! Our final dinner in our pop-up dinner series will be a partnership between Lake Geneva Country Meats and Simple Cafe and Chef Young Cho. We're proud to be benefiting My Team Triumph at this week's dinner. This week's menu is an Irish menu to celebrate an early St. Patrick's Day and as a special thank you to Kevin and Maureen Fleming for letting us use this space the last few months! 1st Course Choice of: Grilled Prawns, celeriac & purple carrot puree, edamame, garlic lemongrass beurre blanc, chive oil, bulls blood micro greensCaramelized Onion & Leek Tart, whipped herbed goat cheese 2nd Course Choice of: Seared potato wrapped salmon, colcannon, sweet peas, lardons, cherry tomato brothLamb chops, garlic bacon savoy cabbage, champ, black cherry smoked tomato compote “Steak” and Gravy Pie, whipped truffle & garlic creme fraiche 3rd Course Choice of: Guinness FloatApple Bread Pudding, vanilla ice cream w/ Bushmills whiskey caramel sauce To ensure we are keeping everyone safe, we will be selling tables as a whole. This will ensure that each guest is only sitting with people they are comfortable with. You can choose to purchase a table of 2, 4 or 6. Ticket price reflects the price for the whole table. Masks will be required when not seated at your table. A beer and wine bar will be available with proceeds benefiting My Team Triumph. Credit/Debit only please. If you'd like to come to all three dinners in our pop-up dinner series, you will receive $10 off your total cost (for all three dinners).
