We're hosting a series of three pop-up dinners in downtown Lake Geneva. This week, it's all about the burger! Lake Geneva Country Meats is excited to be presenting a series of three pop-up dinners to bring new dining experiences to downtown Lake Geneva in a unique and socially distanced setting while supporting our community! Our second pop-up dinner (in a series of three) will be a partnership between Lake Geneva Country Meats and the Badger High School culinary team. We're proud to be benefiting Open Arms Free Clinic at this week's dinner. This week's menu is a burger throw down with all food being made and served by the students in Badger High School's Pro-start culinary team. Appetizer Bruschetta with bacon on a toasted baguette Gouda, Ham, & Pear with Caramelized Onion on a toasted baguette(both options can be made vegetarian-friendly) Main Course Burger Slider Trio California burger (topped with tomatoes, avocados, red onion, pickled jalapenos, & frisee/microgreens).Pub Style Burger (served with a pub-style sauce, onions, lettuce, & tomato)Grilled Bacon Burger with Caramelized Onion and blue cheeseVegetarian option: Black Bean Burger. Served with lettuce, onion, & tomato, with Monterey Jack Cheese All burgers served with homemade Kettle Chips in BBQ, Salt & Vinegar, Regular, or Ranch Dessert White Chocolate Chip & Raspberry Brownie with scoop of vanilla ice creamPlease note any vegetarian requests with your order. To ensure we are keeping everyone safe, we will be selling tables as a whole. This will ensure that each guest is only sitting with people they are comfortable with. You can choose to purchase a table of 2, 4 or 6. Ticket price reflects the price for the whole table. Masks will be required when not seated at your table. A beer and wine bar will be available with proceeds benefiting Open Arms Free Clinic. Credit/Debit only please.
