We're hosting a series of three pop-up dinners in downtown Lake Geneva. First up, is an authentic Korean meal! Lake Geneva Country Meats is excited to be presenting a series of three pop-up dinners to bring new dining experiences to downtown Lake Geneva in a unique and socially distanced setting while supporting our community! Our first pop-up dinner will be in partnership with Simple Cafe and Chef Young Cho. We're proud to be benefiting Side by Side at this week's dinner. This week's menu is an authentic Korean-style meal. You'll enjoy plenty of Korean food, all served family style, in keeping with true authenticity. 1st Course Ddeokbokki Samgyeopsal 떡볶이 삼겹살 (Rice Cake with Pork Belly) Banchan 반찬 (Assorted Side Dishes) Bindaetteok 빈대떡 (Mung Bean Pancake) Mandu 만두 (Dumplings) 2nd Course Galbi-jjim 갈비찜 (Korean braised short ribs) Kimchi Soondubu Jjigae 김치 순두부 찌개 (Kimchi Silken Tofu Stew) Japchae 잡채 (Beef with Sweet Potato Glass Noodles and Mixed Vegetables) 3rd Course Ddeokbokki Samgyeopsal 떡볶이 삼겹살 (Rice Cake with Pork Belly) Gimbap 김밥 (Rice Rolls) *dishes will be made vegetarian if requested - please note request with order* To ensure we are keeping everyone safe, we will be selling tables as a whole. This will ensure that each guest is only sitting with people they are comfortable with. You can choose to purchase a table of 2, 4 or 6. Ticket price reflects the price for the whole table. Masks will be required when not seated at your table. A beer and wine bar will be available with proceeds benefiting Side by Side. Credit/Debit only please.
