Domus Management Company is currently hiring for a part-time Porter for an established, affordable housing apartment community, Laurel Gardens Apartments located in the Western Addition of San Francisco at 1555 Turk Street. We are looking for applicants who have the following skills: -MUST Have prior porter or janitorial experience -Apartment Cleaning experience -Customer service experience -Possess a can-do attitude -Is self-motivated to work hard and do a good job -Is honest and dependable - Can arrive to work on-time -Has the ability to work as a team -Ability to work in an outside environment -Ability to follow company policies and procedures without fail Daily duties/responsibilities include: -Picking up trash -Mopping & sweeping -Cleaning all common areas (Includes: laundry rooms, rental office, hallways, restrooms & community rooms) -Sanitize all common surfaces at beginning and end of shift - doors & door knobs, hand rails, entry gates, laundry machines, mailboxes, etc. -Power washing sidewalks, trash enclosures, parking lot, walkways, regularly -Cleaning out trash enclosures -Maintaining the property curb appeal -Assisting with Cleaning vacant units as needed -All other duties as assigned Compensation Includes: -Hourly Pay Rate = $16.07 per hour -20-25 hours per week = Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 12 or 1:00 pm -Personal Time, Vacation and Holiday Pay Apply today - Respond to this Posting and Include your Resume.
