Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for physically performing the water mitigation for residential properties and providing excellent customer service skills. This is a labor-intensive construction related position that has a rotating “on call / response” requirement. Visits new assignments/jobs, interfaces with the client, and secure the job. Scopes the damages at the site, performs mitigation services, provides documentation to estimator, to be submitted to insurance company for approval. Calls or meets the customer to ensure they are satisfied and collects payment for work completed. Develops moisture mapping and creates drying-log. Engages and manages the appropriate use of subcontractor labor as needed. Qualifications: Have excellent customer service skills Be ready, willing and able to work and be available for overtime when needed. Be able to work unsupervised. Have a great attitude, be trustworthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality. Willingness to undergo a background check, driving record check, and regular employee drug screenings.
