Description
Repossession firm seeking a Lot Attendant to manage its storage lot in Asheville. The job entails removing personal property from repossessed vehicles, doing a detailed inventory on the property and keeping a running log of the stored property. Employee would also make appointments with transport companies to release the vehicles as well as interacting with the debtors to release their personal property and/or their vehicle back to them. Employee will have to be comfortable dealing with occasional high stress situations when interacting with the public. Job also requires working outside at times in all types of weather and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional hours may be available as a spotter. This entails the employee driving routes during 3rd shift hours to locate vehicles for recovery. This is very similar to driving a camera car. All applicants must be at least 23, have a clean driving record, clean background and be able to pass a preemployment drug screen.
