RYE, NY (February 2021) – Alfred Weissman Real Estate (AWRE), developer of The St. Regis Residences, Rye, a collection of exquisitely appointed condominium residences, is redefining luxury living with the announcement of an exclusive luxury transportation amenity – the Limousine & Hospitality Program – in partnership with BMW of North America. Innovative, luxury automaker BMW is partnering with The St. Regis Residences, Rye to provide two of its highest-end vehicles, imbued with legendary performance, for use by The Residences. The vehicles, both 2021 models, are the 7-Series, BMW’s flagship luxury sedan, and the X7, a first of its kind model for BMW and the world’s largest and most luxurious Sports Activity Vehicle. The 7-Series is touted as BMW’s premier sedan, with peerless craftsmanship, a smooth ride unmatched by other vehicles in its class, and a bold, precise, and dramatic design. This vehicle will be replaced annually by BMW of North America with the most current model, ensuring residents always able experience the latest in German luxury. Both vehicles offer expansive legroom, and will be custom-built for The St. Regis Residences, Rye with the passenger in mind. Vehicle features include comfort seating, heated rear seats, ambient passenger lighting optimized for time-of-day, a panoramic glass roof, and bespoke style and interior trimmings including high gloss wood trim and premium “cognac” leather. Driven by St. Regis staff, the vehicles will be available to residents as convenient transportation to local restaurants, shops, the nearby Rye and Harrison train stations and Westchester County Airport. Along with house vehicle usage, residents will also be able to take part in a BMW Ownership program, with exclusive offers on the purchase or lease of a BMW of their choosing. “We are delighted to partner with BMW of North America in offering this amazing amenity exclusively for our residents.
