Large Mobile Home Community is seeking skilled general repair and maintenance person/persons. Strength in versatility and general knowledge about all manner of repairs and maintenance. Working in residential settings making basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, drywall, heating systems, installing fixtures, painting, flooring and more. We will provide all tools and materials needed that will say on site. Persons must be able to multi task, follow directions and learn quickly. We are willing to teach you if you do not have skills in a certain area. Must have transpiration to get to work, may provide transportation within the community for you to use during work hours with a valid drivers license. Pay will be hourly based on experience. Position will be Mon-Friday 8-5 hour (off for lunch 12-1) Closed Saturday and Sunday If interested please email me at [email protected]
