Award-winning, home staging company located in Denver is seeking a warehouse Coordinator and Furniture mover/truck loader for our home staging projects. Most of our jobs are located in the greater Denver region and lower foothills. Hours and days vary every week and vary from 15-30 hours per week. Average 4 hrs per day with some 8 hr days. Position could grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. We only work M-F with an occasional Saturday a few times per year). Work typically starts at 10:00AM and we usually finish by 3:00 or 4:00PM. The number of days you will work will depend on the number of projects we have at any given time, your skill set, and warehouse logistics needs. Please apply if you can: + Lift and carry heavy furniture (up to 100 lbs), including up and down stairs, on and off trucks, etc. (There is a 2nd mover on site so you will not be working alone). + Know how to correctly and safely use tools like hammer, drill gun, screw driver, box cutter + Demonstrated self starter who learns process quickly and follows established protocol + Be careful with company furniture while installing in customer's home + Always work in a safe manner and will follow company guidelines + Legally and safely drive a 26' box truck (job critical) + Use your smart phone and can send and respond to text messages and sign into our time tracking app + Produce a valid CO driver's license and insurance with clean driving record (Can provide DMV print-out) + Have reliable transportation available whenever you need to get to work. + Final candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Trustworthiness is mandatory. - You will be an independent contractor 1099 and will be able to choose whether or not you want to be available for our staging project needs. - Must have an alternate source of income to qualify as a 1099. - No benefits provided.
