In search of an acoustic/electric bass guitar

I recently was in a very toxic relationship. My boyfriend destroyed ALL of my instruments... every single one. My ukulele, my acoustic guitar, my keyboard, and my beloved acoustic/electric bass guitar. He went on to break other things, but I am completely devastated for the loss of my instruments..as music is my life. I would absolutely love to find another acoustic electric bass, but I will gladly take an electric bass, or an acoustic guitar. I have been laid off from work for a very long time, and contracted covid as well. So funds are kind of tight, but I will spend every dime I have to replace even one of my instruments. Thankfully this person is out of my life, and I am starting to rebuild my confidence and self worth. I prefer a smaller sized guitar.. I'm short and my hands are fairly tiny but I will happily learn to play a bigger instrument. I'm so lost without my instruments..
