The House Doctor is seeking an individual who possesses advanced skills in the painting trade to join our team. A good fit will be someone with a background in managing painting projects for residential customers. We work on a variety of projects and seek a person who takes pride in their work, enjoys learning new skills, and enjoys what they do. Required Skills: -• Excellent communication skills aimed at understanding project needs and ensuring they are met - Demonstrated experience managing painting projects, estimating jobs, and creating proposals -• Solid background of operating painting equipment such as brushes, rollers, power washers, sanders, spray equipment, etc. -• Ability to handle both the planning and prep work phases in a time-efficient manner -• Experience managing painters, keeping track of project budgets, and communicating project progress with customers -• Physical ability to complete jobs including but not limited to climbing ladders, lifting up to 50lbs, and a good sense of balance -• Capability of handling painting jobs independently and working with team members to accomplish tasks -• Professional demeanor and appearance to represent the company on job sites What is the House Doctor Looking For?
