PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help locating a missing 75-year-old from out of the region man as snow blankets the city. According to police, Samuel Williams, 75, of South Carolina, was last seen Tuesday afternoon at the Philadelphia Mills Mall. Williams was seen by his daughter at about 1 p.m. Tuesday at the mall, 1455 Franklin Mills Circle, in front of Urban Planet. Williams lives in South Carolina and is not familiar with the Philadelphia area, police said. His daughter lives in Trenton, New Jersey. Williams is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds. He has brown eyes, and gray hair. Police said it is unknown what he was last seen wearing.
