MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Snowfall has slowed down in Montgomery County and across the region Thursday afternoon, as the area was hit with yet another significant winter storm. Snowfall totals varied widely across the area, with up to 10 inches landing in some parts, including Norristown.
