Cooking with Courtney is bringing you a new smoothie to try, courtesy of Lyn. She first received this healthy green smoothie recipe from her doctor.
Ingredients 1 cup water or coconut water1 large apple (pared and quartered, core removed)8-10 strawberries8-10 chunks of pineapple1 - 1.5 cups spinach (or another green)Approx. 12 oz. of yogurt Instructions Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy. Happy blending!
