Male or female, must be familiar with hand tools and some power tools, have transportation but will be traveling in my work truck. I have clients in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, BH, WLA, Be-lair and Venice. I perform general maintenance to homes on the west side. I am based out of Santa Monica. You will assist me getting materials, carrying tools, and screw boxes, and keeping the work truck clean and organized. 10.00 cash per hr, under the table!! if you have maintenance and electrical and plumbing experience 15 per hr is possible.
