Join Marine Corps Family Team Building for your 2021 goal setting, deployment self care, and tips on enhancing your success! This workshop is designed to promote deployment success through self-care for our Miramar families on the homefront. We will cover goal setting, diet-tips, fitness goals and information and resources on employment and education opportunities. Taking care of oneself not only includes physical care but emotional care and peace of mind. This is a great opportunity for individuals to look at their level of self-care, to get new ideas, and/or to gain the motivation to better care for themselves, while meeting those enduring similar challenges. With the teamwork of Semper Fit, Hiring our Heroes and Personal and Professional Development this is sure to start your year out right! Please come in appropriate fitness attire there will be a 15 minute beginner yoga session! (Participation is optional)
