San Luis Coastal Unified School District is looking for a Custodian I to join our exciting team! This is a 12- month, full time, evening shift position. This position is part of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) that has 18 steps on the salary schedule (from $20.32 to $31.34/hr). This is position will work evenings and will receive 5% shift differential pay. New hires normally start on Step 1 but may start on step 3 depending on experience. Probationary period is 6 months and with the passing probation, will receive a step increase. Each step after probation is received on July 1 of each year.
