Full time maintenance technician position available at apartment community located in Milford Mi. We are looking for candidate with great customer service skills and with an ability to complete service requests and make ready apartments. Duties to include light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and grounds... Position requires on-call afterhours emergency rotation with maintenance team. Wages based on candidates experience and skill level to the position.
