Be part of our maintenance team! Continental Management is looking to hire a full time Maint. Supervisor for 89 townhome community located near Harper & Woodward, Detroit MI. We are seeking candidate with great customer service skills who is able to complete service requests and make ready apartments. Qualifications and Skills: Must have a minimum of 3 years apartment maintenance experience. Skills to include plumbing, electrical, light carpentry, preventative maintenance, custodial care... Position requires Emergency On-Call duty in rotation with maintenance team. Wages will be based on candidate's experience and skill level to the position.
