Looking for 4 persons to work a rotating day schedule with prior experience in the dairy or cheese industry. This position is responsible for getting the cheese cut and put the cheese sticks on the production line storage, box production, and relief vat operator. Some duties include wrapping the cheese with plastic, installing springboards, banding, labeling, and weighing each block. Forklift driving is necessary to remove the finished blocks from the line. This job also includes washing all CIP equipment, rinsing out the coolers, and helping with the cheese-making process. • Candidates are required to have obtained a high school diploma or GED • Able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures • Participation in a team environment • Detail-oriented, be quality minded • Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment • Able to lift up to 55 pounds frequently and lift and/or move 75 pounds occasionally Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8-hour shift COVID-19 considerations: We are a food manufacturer so handwashing stations and sanitizers are accessible.
