Looking for someone who is willing to work on an as-needed basis for larger framing projects and remodels. I am looking for experienced individuals, as well as people who are looking to learn or expand their experience. My company takes on all kinds of work, and we do not subcontract out very much. This means we see jobs through to completion that include, but are not limited to: - Demolition - Small groundwork and concrete projects - Framing - Siding - Doors and Windows - Finish work (tile, trim, crown molding, etc) - Laminate, Vinyl and Tile flooring - Painting, Texturing - Sheetrock - Commercial Tenant Improvements - Much more! The work will be steady for the most part, but largely project based. We are a small start-up that is on the verge of rapid expansion. How many hours you want will largely be up to how much you know how to do and how much you are willing to show up. This position pays depending on experience. This is a w-2 position and you will not be considered an Independent Contractor, you will be an employee.
