Did anyone see hit &run CarAccident on W. MissionBay Dr by Bahia Hotel

Did anyone happen to see a hit and run car accident in Mission Beach, San Diego at 12:50-12:55 pm Thursday Feb 18, 2021, today, on West Mission Bay Blvd just west of the Bahia Hotel? A white 1980s-1990s vintage Honda or Nissan type mini MVP or mini SUV hit my mother’s older silver Mercedes C class. The White MVP hit the silver car racing up to pass on the left as my mom’s car was in the left lane. The white car was escaping from something and could not pass on the right as traffic was there, so it tried to squeeze through on the left of moms car and it ran up on the center divider high enough to hit moms car with its right tires and dent the rear door and part of the side panel. She pulled over, thinking the car would stop, but it sped off and ran the next light at the Bahia east entrance and was going about 90-100 MPH. There was no way to catch up but she caught a glimpse of the plate, with some of the letters 472 MII or M1I or something similar to these numbers. No one working around the hotel saw it & none of the other cars stopped. Police took a report and told her the cameras at the stop lights were not operating.
