TruLaser 5040 Laser Cutting Machines Our new 10KW Trumpf TruLaser 5040 is a state of the art metal cutting machine. Its motion unit allows rapid movements of over 11,000 ipm. The 10KW Fiber laser allows us to cut up to 1.5″ Mild Steel and Stainless steel, 1″ aluminum, 3/8″ brass and copper, as well as various others such as titanium, plated metals, etc. The Machine can cut up to a 82″ x 162″ sheet and holds a position accuracy of 0.002″ and a 0.001″ – 0.010″ part tolerance depending on the part thickness and material. TruLaser 5040 Laser Unloading System Our custom built automatic unloading system helps us to maintain a high level of efficiency. Whether it’s a high-volume production run or a small job, we offer quick and accurate turnaround. Trumatic L2530 Laser Cutting Machine The Trumatic L2530 laser machine has a position tolerance of .002 with a cutting tolerance within .007. We cut up to ¾” thick.
