Man Dies After Falling From Overpass In Hoover

HOOVER, AL — A man died late Wednesday night after falling from an overpass onto I-65 in Hoover. The incident occurred just before midnight. Hoover police said the man fell onto the southbound lane of the interstate at the 249.5 mile mark. He was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead early Thursday morning. The man's identity has not been made public as of Thursday morning.
