This position allows you to work from home. Model Assistant Job Description Job Overview: As a model assistant, you are responsible for communicating with your appointed model and request the content needed to run her social media platforms. You will maintain highly interactive pages to maximize tips and PPV income. You will schedule “SFS” through the use of Telegram to promote and maintain a steady growth of your page. As your page grows you will also become responsible for selling “promos” for other models. Responsibilities and Duties Receive model content weekly and queue an interaction on a two-hour interval. Communicate with paying fans accordingly. PAYOUT STRUCTURE You will receive your $4,000 base salary paid out on the 15th and month-end. Bonuses will be paid out monthly. Your bonus will consist of 10% of the NET total of the page for the current month minus the $4,000 and 5% of any promotion sales. You will also receive a $1,000 bonus if the page breaks $100,000 in a calendar month. If the page does $100,000 for three consecutive months, you will receive a bonus of $3,000 in the third month. If your page NETS $1,000,000 over 12 months. You will receive a $10,000 bonus on the anniversary date.
