Self-Storage Company seeks Onsite Resident Manager with 1-2 years' experience (preferred). Candidate must be motivated and dependable, have excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with customers regarding account and general questions related to storage units.
Position offers a 5 day work week (to be determined). Hours 9:00 - 6:00. Housing provided. Storage facility located in Valley Center.
Duties include office administration, renting units according to company policy, filling out rental agreements and general clerical duties including phones, basic math and accounting, collection and posting of rent, bank deposits, monthly invoicing and late notices. Light janitorial duties. Windows based software ability and knowledge of Centershift/Yardi Software desirable.
Applicant must have reliable transportation, current insurance and a valid driver's license. No criminal/arrest record. We are looking to hire immediately.
