134-unit apartment complex located in Palm Springs currently seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The perfect candidate for the position would have experience and skill in all trades relevant to general residential maintenance including but not limited to:
• Strong well rounded residential maintenance skills.
• Receive day to day tasks to maintenance team.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers, stoves, etc) installation and repair and experience cleaning pools.
• Knowledge of apartment turns - manage make ready board.
• Completing maintenance service requests of current residents.
• Responding to emergency service calls when necessary.
• Maintaining the grounds, leasing office and all recreation facilities.
• Customer service oriented with a strong work ethic and professional attitude and appearance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience of applicant. Benefits after 90 days probationary period. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
