Description

Our Service Technician visits customer Homes post-installation to verify our window / door / siding / installation standards have been followed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provides job-site assessments to ensure installation work is being executed appropriately • Maintains and monitors installation status information; communicate changes as necessary • Identifies problem situations; communicate issues to post-sale team and recommend changes as necessary • Performs light repair work as necessary Position Requirements • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the home improvement industry • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position PLEASE CALL OR TEXT – YOUR NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER TO 614-512-9450 RESUME WILL BE NEEDED FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION
