All Star Labor & Staffing is hiring for an Assembly position in Tualatin. This position is for a company that manufactures insulated glass unit, vinyl/aluminum window frames and ensuring quality before sending to the next stage of production. The essential functions for the position: • Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills. • Maintaining safe/clean work environment and utilizing safe work practices in all job projects. • Assist production and open to being cross-trained. • Personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance. A minimum of two years’ experience in manufacturing or construction experience preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced productive environment and be quality conscious. Must have a desire and willingness to work and learn while understanding the importance of excellent attendance and a can do attitude. Read, write and communicate using the English language sufficient to perform job functions. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Must be OK with overtime. Background check required. Oral drug screen required. Public transportation is not reliable right now due to COVID shutting down bus lines and limiting schedules.
