We have been in business since May 2006 and have enjoyed wonderful clients, great projects, and years of growth. It's an exceptional time to become a landscaper as now is no different! We are looking for you to join our team of craftsmen, to learn a wonderful trade, and to maintain outdoor living spaces for our clients. We are currently hiring for our maintenance team. We need someone who is not afraid of hard satisfying work. We are working outside 4 days a week with Fridays being open for special projects. We work 10-hour days during summer months and 8-hour days during winter months. This is NOT seasonal. We are fortunate to be blessed with growth and clients. Experience is not needed to apply for this position, but it is a bonus. Serious applicants must have a good attitude, be a team player, and willing to take direction/learn from your supervisor. We are thrilled to train you and show you how we do things the right way. We encourage our maintenance team to earn more money by improving their knowledge in the field and becoming certified in multiple areas of landscaping. Driver's license is necessary as well as the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Daily & Weekly responsibilities include: Ensure that landscape quality is not reduced, and the lawn is monitored. Ensure all flower beds are raked, fluffed, and weeded. Trim and prune shrubs and trees. Prevent and control diseases, weeds, and insects. Be open to receive training for field needs, technique, equipment, etc. Perform all duties and operations which include trimming, mowing, edging etc. Be available for periodic clean-ups, mulch application, re-gravel among other projects. Report all sales opportunities. Loading/unloading of material, equipment and green waste over 50lbs. Deliver work according to proposal specifications. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (w/ no training) COVID-19 considerations: To abide by the Governor's rules, we are wearing a face covering, eyeglasses and gloves every day.
