DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE REPORTS TO: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB SUMMARY: PERFORM ALL ASPECTS OF DAY-TO-DAY PLUMBING OF HUNT PROPERTIES MAJOR DUTIES: • Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, dishwashers, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, etc. • Must have knowledge of local and national plumbing codes • Must be a reliable, self starter with a professional appearance and good customer service skills • Special projects as needed ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: At least 5+ years experience as a plumber in residential and/or commercial setting. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record. Must have all the necessary documents required by the government for employment.
