Robot Monster Focus Groups is conducting home tech product studies. We are looking for ethnic groups of 5-6 individuals and paying the household a total of $1000-$1100 (depending on the amount of individuals  in your household participating) for approximately 3 hours of your time. In order to qualify for the home study you will need to have at least 4 rooms in your home (ie. 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen). Our technicians will arrive at your home fully dressed in personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, goggles, booties, etc) with technology devices similar to ipads and webcams. All individuals will test the tech devices in a controlled study with your home as the natural environment. During the study, individuals will be asked to enthusiastically perform the following movements: waving with your left hand, walking across the room, slowly turning your head in a circle, pretending to have a video call with a friend, sitting in a chair, dancing for 30 seconds, wiggling your arms like an octopus, reading phrases out loud off of a tablet, and other general movements in front of the technology devices while being recorded. The data collected is solely for the purpose of development and software engineering and will not be used for any other purpose. We also request that your group of 5-6 people be from the same social pod, as to minimize COVID risk as much as possible. *All individuals participating must be at least 10 years or older. If an individual is under the age of 18, their legal guardian must sign a release form on their behalf.
