F-150 tire change

Have a 2006 F-150 with 3 lug nuts stuck on rear tire, needs to be heated and a large impact more that likly, would also like my Other 3 tires swapped with an already mounted set I have. Truck also needs a battery. I can buy one but would be great if someone had a used one to bring with them
