General Contractor in Sacramento area seeking qualified Project Superintendent Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction as a superintendent specializing in tenant improvements of medical, dental, restaurant, retail and general office space. Must be self motivated, have excellent communication skills and the ability to enforce quality control. Duties to include but not limited to scheduling projects, management of subcontractors, scheduling inspections and working with inspectors, interacting with owners, processing change orders, etc. Must have a clean driving record and valid California drivers license.
