Description
GRT Property Management is looking to fill a Maintenance Tech position, this position will require you to float between our two apartment communities. We are looking for someone who is Self Motivated and works independently and demonstrates professionalism, at least 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
Duties will include: Cleaning of grounds and common areas, perform service requests promptly and professionally,
apartment turns and communicating with management regarding overall maintenance function of the property.
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
