Based on: NO ABSENCES, NO TARDINESS AND NO DISCIPLINARY ACTION. New hires will receive $200 after the first 60 working days and $300 at the end of 6 months. Plus, an extra $50 on every bi-weekly check. (26 weeks = $1300). Additionally, all new and current employees who follow these guidelines will receive $1000 at every yearly anniversary from date of hire. New hire, first year potential bonus: $2800. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to: • Filling bags/pouches with bacon, hams or sausages • Labeling packaged product • Scaling, boxing and palatalizing finished goods • Some positions include loading a machine that squares up slabs of bacon • Some positions include hanging cured pork bellies and/or hams on smokehouse racks WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: • Ability to work at a swift, steady pace • Good attention to quality and detail • Good attendance • Ability to follow instructions and specifications • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana We also perform random drug testing; employees are chosen at random by a third party administrator.
