We are looking for a Leader for one of our elementary schools; you will be leading the custodial staff to provide exceptional service for the school. This is a day shift position that will give you weekends off! In this position you will learn to: Perform Quality control inspections Train employees in standard operating procedures Show Excellent interpersonal skills Be a great ambassador for the company with our client Job Requirements: • Ability to stand, bend and lift to 50 pounds • Be able to work well with others - performing customer service responsibilities and training your team to provide great customer service • Accountable for your team completing assigned tasks on time • Lead your team to complete all job duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and cleaning spills – as well as any other custodial duties Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm Training and Client needs will require flexibility with your schedule There will be room for advancement in this position.
