We are searching for a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day operation for our 730 unit apartment community. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Electrical, plumbing, & minor carpentry work Make ready units for new move- ins Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, walls and building exteriors Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain and repair Will be on call every 5th week Job Requirements: Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Tech must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. Once must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
