Seeking Ranch Hand to assist with care taking of horses/cattle. If you enjoy the outdoors in all seasons and working with animals, this would be a good fit for you.Responsibilities include feeding, haying, watering, and other responsibilities depending upon the season. This is a labor intensive position, you must be able to lift bags of feed, hay bales, etc. Previous experience is beneficial. You may be required to work alone, or with limited help on many days. Self-motivation and self-management is important. No smoking is allowed on all ranch premises. We are looking for temporary full-time and/or permanent part-time with someone able to work 3-4 days week (may include weekends) Pay rate $300-$400 a week, depending on experience and hours. Work day length will vary depending upon the tasks needing completed. Requirements: Trustworthiness; Willingness to learn our protocols; Reliable transportation; Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
