We are looking for a make ready man who knows how to paint and do various repairs for a house. Looking for Basic plumbing, be able to change fans, change out doors, fence work etc. We need to get some home fixed up for rental. I am a contractor, so if you work out well, this will be a full time position. You need to have a reliable vehicle, your own tools to work (I will provide all the supplies), a smart phone, be legal to work and have a valid drivers license. This is a 1099 position and you will have to fill out the the W-9 form and have valid ID. I am looking to put some one to put on right away, so if you respond, be ready to begin work. Pay will be based on experience but I am looking at paying 17 to 20 per hour to start, so I am looking for some one with good experience. If you can prove yourself, you can move up from there.
