IMMEDIATE OPENING: Construction & Property Assistant Head of Facilities Beautiful 80+ Summer Camp Setting Relocation Assistance & Temporary Housing Available Western Massachusetts Summer Camp in the Berkshire Mountains is looking for a highly skilled and passionate person who is committed to the high standards of maintaining all aspects of our facilities. Our camp is located on 80+ Acres of amazing lakefront property. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual to work in a fun outdoor setting. Individual is responsible for assisting in the managing and maintaining the Camp’s facilities, grounds, roads and buildings. Emergencies may arise that will require immediate attention. September through March months are focused on building and construction and working on new projects and new capital expenditures on the camp site. April through August months are mainly focused on facility maintenance and preparation and opening for our summer season. Minimum of 7+ experience in: -Ability maintain buildings, property and equipment -Construction Foreman Type Work on new projects -Use of tools and equipment -High Level of Carpentry -Sewer & Well Water Maintenance (a bonus) -Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC (a bonus) Salary is based on past experience plus the following benefits: 401k plan; paid vacation; health/dental plan and meals during summer months; Interested Applicants can email their resumes.
