Bainbridge Island based garden maintenance company looking to add to its skilled crew. We are looking to hire those with a good attitude who are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Experience and knowledge in plant care and/or landscape equipment is preferred but we will train motivated individuals. Duties include: - Grounds, garden, and lawn maintenance. - Prune, weed, edge, mulch, plant, mow and preform other landscape care duties. - Learn the name of various plants and their specific needs to promote optimal health and longevity. - Use various landscape power equipment and fine gardening tools Requirements include: - A hard working, timely, driven, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude. - Ability to self start and work independently, but also functions well as a team player. - Previous plant knowledge and landscape experience preferred but will train the right person. - Communicate well with owners, coworkers, and clients in a professional and positive manner. - Valid Washington state drivers license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone. - Be able to lift 50 pounds - Willing to work rain or shine! Full time positions with an hourly rate starting at $17.00 - $21.00 depending on experience. Please respond with a resume as well as your job related skills and history.
