F.H. Furr is currently looking to fill the position of HVAC Supervisor. When our company started back in 1981, we started with one man and a truck handling residential plumbing needs and our company has progressed significantly over the past 38 years. The ideal candidate for this position will not only have technical and supervisory experience but will possess some intangibles that will aid in taking the department further into the future. It will be up to the Supervisor and our technical trainer to train and develop these individuals into world-class technicians. Helping technicians set and work towards achieving goals is a huge function of this position as well as holding the team accountable to some exceptional performance standards.
