Full-time Maintenance Technician for condominium association located in Cherry Creek. Maintains facilities of the community at the direction of the Community Manager and Board of Directors, including mechanical systems, snow removal, irrigation, pool/spa inspections, and completion of a variety of maintenance requests. Must have a great attitude and be dependable. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, except for after hours, on-call emergencies. Working knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, irrigation, pool and electrical required. Two to five years’ experience as maintenance person or handy-man. Experience with residential properties a plus. Must be licensed and insured to operate motor vehicles, to include property tractor, and other equipment necessary to conduct maintenance operation. Employment contingent upon background check and skills testing.
