What Next? We are currently accepting resumes for a Warehouse worker in our shipping and receiving department. There you will be responsible for supporting operations in the fulfillment of customer orders. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsible for assisting customers with will-call orders. Works closely with the sales team to assist with customer order status inquiries, including shipping timelines, back-orders, and misc. order issues. Responsible for pulling orders from the accounting software MAS and distributing orders to the appropriate department for order fulfillment. Receive all incoming RMA’s and process out all completed RMA’s. Responsible for managing RMA parts requests for customers that manage repairs in-house, including; pulling RMAs from MAS, picking parts, preparing and shipping completed RMAs to clients. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Responsible for scanning orders for customer invoicing. Support other departments as needed Other misc. duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to use pallet jacks and hand trucks. Prior warehouse and/or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Schedule and Work Hours: This is a full-time local on-site position; hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Physical Requirements: Here at CTL, we take our employees’ safety very seriously and have implemented many COVID-19 safety measures to protect our employees’ health.
